Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Enjoy this delicious pumpkin spice latte anytime of year! It's made from natural and healthy ingredients and so easy to make. Even the kids like this one! Best enjoyed in one of our encouraging expression mugs available in our shop of course!


2 cups prepared tea (green tea or green Darjeeling)

¼ cup coconut cream or coconut milk

¼ cup pureed pumpkin

1 Tbsp gelatin

½ tsp stevia powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt

¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish


For coconut cream: Place can of coconut milk in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Scoop the cream off the top.

Prepare tea. If using loose herbs, place about 2 ½ tsp dried green tea into mug or into a tea strainer. Pour 2 cups of near boiling water over. Cover, allow to steep for 2-5 minutes. Remove tea strainer or strain out the herbs.

While the tea is steeping, place coconut milk or cream, pumpkin puree, and gelatin in a bowl and combine.
The gelatin needs a couple minutes to “bloom”.
Add the stevia, vanilla, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour your steeped and strained tea over and whisk to combine.
Divide into mugs.
Sprinkle more pumpkin pie spice over the top of each cup if desired.
